Feed Issues

It’s been brought to my atten­tion that some peo­ple aren’t get­ting any con­tent in the RSS/ATOM feeds. Oddly, this only seems to affect cer­tain feed read­ers. So far I can ver­ify that Google Reader, Newsgator Online and Feed Demon exhibit the prob­lem. Fever and Safari’s built in RSS reader are work­ing fine. At this point I’m stumped. If any­one has any sug­ges­tions, let me know in the comments.

update: it seems the time – hon­ored trou­bleshoot­ing tech­nique of pok­ing at crap until some­thing changes may have borne fruit. I’m now get­ting the proper dis­play of con­tent in every feed reader I have access  to. If you’re still see­ing just head­lines on all the posts shoot me an email, or not, I don’t actu­ally care.

    Which ver­sion of FeedDemon? I’m using FD3 beta (RC3), synch­ing with Google Reader and I saw the con­tent of this post with­out a prob­lem. Only the pre­vi­ous two posts (Arrington, Free) are show­ing title only.

    Looks like both RSS and ATOM feeds are show­ing full con­tent now, both in GR and FD w/ GR. Must have used the magic fin­ger to do the poking?
