Jesus Cthulhu Christ on a crispy rye cracker! Who do I have to defenestrate to get a single gods damned plugin that can a) give me a Flickr pictures widget, b) allow me to add Flickr pictures to posts without using retarded WP “shortcodes,” and d) work properly with a lightbox plugin (again without having to manually edit every bloody <img> tag. Seriously, I have 5 fucking plugins installed to pull all that crap off. Web 2.0 my ass. More like Web Me

It's not a WP plugin, but if you use MarsEdit to compose your posts, it'll let you insert Flickr photos pretty easily.
Good to know. Unfortunately circumstances dictate that I do a fair amount of posting from a Windows machine.
Ah, that sucks. Another, less convenient option is to post to the blog from Flickr. They've got a “blog this” button that'll insert the photo into a template you create (which you can add the rel=”lightbox” to) and then post it directly to the blog. That option sucks though because it requires going to Flickr to do it :-/
Feh, I don't use Flickr content often enough for that to be an attractive option. I suppose if I get annoyed enough I can dust off my PHP skills and write the damn thing myself.
I've got some code I wrote a while back that displays a custom Flickr badge (9 photos) in a lightbox. It's not a WP plugin, but it can easily be included in your WP template where you want the images to show up… it probably wouldn't take much modification if you wanted to turn it into a plugin. Let me know if you want it and I'll zip it up.
That browser, Flock, can do posting and Flickr. Don't know about the combination of those two, though. I do know there's a Windows version of it.
But let me get this straight: you want to be able to use your Flickr stream just like you're able to use the pictures you've uploaded in WP, amongst other things? I mean, the lightbox stuff is most likely always going to be a separate plugin, and let's face it, that's not really a problem. You want to lightbox those non-Flickr pics too, right? =]
As to the widget… didn't Flickr have some widget-thingy for that?
(that'd leave you with two plugins and a widget… =] )
Hey Angry Drunk, What the Hell happened to c) ??
c) disgraced his family and we don't speak of him here any more.
