Enjoy your nap!
Shall we just call you "Rip van Winkle" then?
It may take at least that long before any of the media (not just tech) stunble over sanity or perspective.

I've had to take a break from tech podcasts because of all the entitletard whining about the new iPhone. Ever since the original iPhone was introduced, people were screeching that it was too expensive and why didn't it have a subsidy to make it cheaper like other phones. Now Apple has "sold their soul", "given in to evil" and "sold out" for doing exactly that.

Along with that there's all the outrage over the required in-store activation. You wanted a subsidized, cheaper phone but expect AT&T to piss money down a drain while you gleefully unlock your iPhone to sign up with another carrier (while gloating about it on your entitletard blog).

And don't even get me started about all the "iPhone price is deceptive because it costs more over the life of the contract" bullshit. If that's the case the purchase price of any device that requires a subscription service to function is deceptive ("they said my Dish Network DVR costs $329, but if really costs me $1,290 dollars over 2 years including the service! Those lying bastards!").

And why did people think they were entitled to the enhanced 3G speeds for free with all the whining over the extra $10? Wake me when the tech media regain some sense of sanity and perspective.

I couldn't have said it better myself. Also, that is the best conclusion in the history of the written word.
