PayPal on Security?

This is so rich I just got the fuck­ing gout. PayPal actu­ally opin­ing Safari’s anti-phishing capa­bil­i­ties!  PayPal, the com­pany that put phish­ing on the map, and is well know for gank­ing their clients’ dough.  I’ve got a sug­ges­tion for Apple if they want to make Safari more secure…block PayPal.

    Worked there a while back. The code was hor­rific and full of poten­tial over­flow exploits. The men­tal­ity was to run as fast as you can just to stay in one place, so those poten­tial holes will never get fixed.

    Having PayPal demand that browsers become more secure is like demand­ing that the police become more effec­tive because you’re too lazy to fix the locks on your house.
